Teddy Bear named Mohammad , Christian View

By Mack | November 30, 2007

Part of me says this is outrageous! And it is. But part of me says ‘what has happened to Christians in America, who stand for almost any blasphemy of our Lord, and do nothing. I am not advocating any such craziness as is evident by this punishment of this teacher allowing a group of 7 year olds to name a bear Mohammad, but are those of us who call ourselves Christians standing up for Christ? When an office mate says “God &@*%”, do we say how that offends us? What about your boss? Would you just tolerate the use of Jesus Christ name in vain constantly? Especially , loudly and almost always in an angry context?

We need to think about our level belief and faith, and we need a righteous indignation to any derogatory comments about our God.

You wouldn’t stand for someone talking bad about your earthly father, so how much more should we be indignant toward someone abusing our Heavenly Father?

You a child of the King, now act like it!
